Laws of Nature

Are You Thriving or Surviving?

tomato plantPlants grow according to the laws of nature. If all of the elements needed are present the plant will thrive; if only partial elements are available to the plant it will just survive and if even one of the elements is missing the chances of it growing at all are minimal. A plant needs the proper amount of sun light, nutrient rich soil and just enough water. When a plant is given an environment with all three of those elements the laws of nature state that the plant will thrive and produce the way nature intended.

Our bodies respond to the laws of nature in the exact same way. We thrive or just survive based on the environment in which we live and whether or not we are getting the appropriate amount of the essential elements required for life to grow. However humans require a few more elements then a plant. For life and health to thrive we need; 1) nutrients from good clean organic food and water, 2) to challenge our muscles by keeping them working and moving, 3) we also need fresh air to breath and supply our bodies with oxygen, 4) positive thoughts have been shown benefit the body in growing stronger and 5) it is essential to life that we have a nerve system communicating with all the parts of the body all of the time at the highest level possible.

The choices we make in life will result in all of the essential elements being present in partial amounts or in abundance, resulting in our life being about thriving or surviving. Diminish or remove just one of these elements and our health will too diminish. As a chiropractor, my primary purpose it to remove any interference to your communication system (nerve system) so your body can ADAPT to the world we live in and, as a result, the laws of nature state that we begin to THRIVE.
